Venue Expectations

Facility policies & conduct

To preserve the sacred atmosphere of our church and ensure a safe, organized environment for every family.

Dress Code

Clean, modest, and respectful clothing appropriate for a Christian house of worship. No offensive language, graphic imagery, or inappropriate messaging.

Alcohol, Smoking & Substances

Strictly prohibited across all church property — sanctuary, fellowship hall, restrooms, and parking lot.

Music & Media Standards

All music, tribute videos, and eulogies must align with Christian values. Explicit or profane content is not permitted.

Time & Overtime

Services must begin and end within the booked window. Overtime is billed at $150/hour.

Equipment & Stage Access

Church-owned sound, lighting, and projection systems are operated exclusively by authorized personnel unless prior written permission is granted.

Child Supervision

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times within the sanctuary, fellowship hall, restrooms, and parking areas.

Building Care & Liability

The renting party assumes financial liability for damage beyond normal wear and tear, and holds the church harmless from claims arising during the event.

Deliveries & Food

Caskets and flowers arrive during the scheduled setup hour and are removed immediately after. Food and drinks are permitted in the Fellowship Hall only.

Final balance is due no later than 48 hours before your service.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to already have a funeral home?

No. We work directly with funeral homes and mortuaries, but families booking on their own are welcome too.

How far in advance should we book?

As soon as you have a date in mind. A 50% deposit and a signed Facility Use Agreement confirm your reservation.

Can we bring in our own sound or media team?

Our equipment is operated by authorized staff by default. Outside teams need prior written permission.

Is food allowed on site?

Yes, in the Fellowship Hall. We also offer a boxed repast meal service if you'd rather we handle it.

What's included in the base rental?

The Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, parking lot, and restrooms for a 4-hour block. Additional hours are billed separately.

Do you accommodate accessibility needs?
